Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This policy explains how O5 ("O5", "we") handles personal information when you use this website or book a call with us. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

This website does not have accounts or forms. When you click "Book a strategy call" you go to our scheduling provider (Calendly), which collects the details you enter (name, email, company, any notes). If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

How we use it

To schedule and hold the call, reply to you, and, if we work together, deliver our services. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site itself sets no cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will list them here and give you a way to opt out.

Third parties

We share data only with providers needed to run our business (scheduling, email, video meetings and project tools). Each processes data under its own terms and policy.

Retention

We keep enquiry and scheduling records for as long as needed for the purpose above, then delete or anonymise them. In general that is up to 24 months after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent, by emailing us. We respond within a reasonable time. Rights may vary by where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the GDPR if you are in the EEA or UK).

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
